The Davis Polk Leadership Initiative (DPLI) is a program at the Law School designed to help students become leaders in their careers and their lives. We hope students will graduate from the Law School not only with law degrees, but also with holistic leadership skills, including leading others (collaborating with a group to achieve a shared goal), leading change (identifying the positive impact you want to have on the world around you and making that happen), and leading self (developing skills of self-awareness and self-reflection to thrive in your professional and personal life). DPLI enables students to develop these skills through a number of offerings, and in particular the Fellowship and Innovation Grant program
